Unique Places created a watershed plan for Cypress Creek in North Carolina’s Franklin County. The plan will serve as a statewide model for watershed planning. Partners include the N.C. Department of Transportation, the N.C. Farmland Preservation Trust Fund and the N.C. Clean Water Management Trust Fund.
Unique Places and strategic partner, Frontline Conservation Real Estate, worked with the Episcopal Diocese to design ecologically sensitive home sites along Lake Logan, a pristine private-access lake spanning 80 acres in the Pigeon River Valley near Asheville, North Carolina.
