Jeffrey Fisher

Mr. Fisher provides leadership in investor relations and real estate investment strategies. With over 20 years experience in real estate, land management and natural resource markets, he has facilitated over $1 billion in unique real estate investments during his tenures at Unique Places LLC, The Nature Conservancy, and as an attorney in North Carolina. Mr. Fisher holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.E.M. from Duke University’s Nicholas School for the Environment. He also received a Political Science B.A from North Carolina State University. When not spending quality time with his family, he enjoys managing his farm outside of Chapel Hill, which is also home to several farm-based businesses.

Michael Scisco

Mr. Scisco has over 20 years experience in real estate, land conservation/mitigation, marketing and GIS technologies. He served for over 10 years in the land trust industry and worked to conserve directly and in partnership over 200,000 acres of land in multiple states. He also founded a non-profit mitigation conservation program that has over 50 conservation mitigation projects in five states and has raised over $2M in stewardship funding. Mr. Scisco received a  B.S. in Environmental Science from Western Washington University, Huxley College of the Environment in Bellingham, Washington and a Graduate Certificat in Geospatial Technologies fom Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.


Svetlana Andrianova

Mrs. Andrianova serves as Arcadian’s CFO. She started her professional career in Market Risk Management and Commercial Banking at ING Bank and Amsterdam Trade Bank in the Netherlands. In 2010 she moved to North Carolina to pursue an MBA degree at Duke University. After graduating from Duke in 2012, Svetlana spent a formative decade working at the largest global management consulting firm – McKinsey & Company. During her tenure at McKinsey, she advised clients regarding talent management, turnarounds and business transformations. Her experience spanned across sectors such as agriculture, chemicals, logistics & transportation, pharmaceuticals companies across US and internationally.

Svetlana holds a BA Degree from the Plekhanov Academy of Economics with a major in Financial Management; an MSc Degree in Management Research from the Said Business School, the University of Oxford, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.


Liz Cook

Mrs. Cook provides administrative and other support for Arcadian’s investment work. Liz formerly practiced Audiology in the Charlotte area for many years and has also worked as an administrator in the education, human resources, and non-profit industries.  She has held many volunteer positions in her community and enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult children, and two unruly dogs in coastal South Carolina. Liz received a B.S. from Appalachian State University and a Masters Degree in Audiology from UNC Greensboro.
